Often under – assessed and under estimated in its importance, the concept design stage is the root of every great entertainment project meant to succeed. The master plan, zoning layout and attraction overall mix are drafted during this stage. Optionally, the project’s identity(logo, character , storyline ) are given a direction (if applicable). The concept design outcome consists of a clear overview of Client’s new entertainment project.

A concept design may look great but the question is: is it really feasible? How much would it cost? It is economically backed and warranted

After a briefing with the client – in the Pandemic era this is normally achieved via a Zoom, Google Meet or Skype call – the concept basics are defined and a conceptual master plan is determined (this includes a zoning layout which also defines public flow , food & beverage, merchandise areas) . If required, we create logos and characters and a storyline.

After the concept design stage the Clients gets a clearer idea s of the attractions and profit centers in the project and an estimation of what it will cost to build the project as per the concept design

We understand that – often – new clients do not to engage right away in a design contract and just want to get an idea of how much a certain format (such as our specialy format Ice & Snow FEC’s) will take in terms of size, investment, operation cost etc. A s such, to make this primary stage faster we have a series of pre – designed packages (themed or not) for the Ice & Snow related business.
